It’s cut fresh in front of you to ensure that you’re getting the best possible experience. The barbecue is tender and juicy, and of course, deliciously smoky. It’s perfectly balanced with a sweet and tangy mustard sauce you’ll want to take home in a jar.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior of Andre’s Cajun Cracklins. This place might look simple but the food here is seriously incredible. If you’re looking to try Cajun and Creole cuisine, head over to Erwinville, Louisiana where you’ll find Andre’s. Try the cooked pork, boudin balls, and of course, the chicken cracklins. With fast service and delicious food, it doesn’t get much better than this.
