If you’re planning a trip to Morocco, the best time of year to do so is during the spring between the months of March and May. This way you’ll beat the intense heat of summer but still be able to enjoy warm weather while sightseeing.
It can sometimes be tough to plan out what to wear in a conservative country. It is always best to be extra cautious, as some countries and even areas within countries can vary. It’s always better to be overly cautious and avoid the chance of unwanted attention or causing unintentional offense.
While traveling in Morocco, it’s best to keep your shoulders and knees covered. As a woman, you are not required to wear a headscarf, but wearing one will help prevent any unwanted attention.
While packing, there are some items you absolutely have to pack.

Sandals – definitely bring comfortable walking sandals since you’ll be walking a lot. Make sure they are supportive and breathable.
Day bag – bring a day bag to keep on your person at all times that can also fit everything you need without being too bulky.

Kimono – a kimono is perfect for layering and keeping your look conservative but still stylish. They’re super easy to just throw on.
Maxi dress – bring a maxi dress or two that are lightweight and effortless. Solid colors are great for mixing and matching.
Flowy pants – these are perfect as they are modest but still comfortable and stylish.
