Anna Paquin

You could have bought World Series tickets if you had bet that two of the lead actors in the hit X-Men movie were homosexual, but you probably wouldn’t have made that bet. Yet, it’s true and Anna Paquin, who starred as the edgy character Rogue, is second on our list of X-Men actors. Anna Paquin was born in Canada and raised in New Zealand before leaping full force into Hollywood back in 1994. She had an Academy Award next to her name by the age of 11, the second youngest performer to ever accomplish this feat, and right now stars in the HBO show True Blood. It’s easy to see why Paquin has elevated to super star heights and she hasn’t been afraid to use her celebrity to speak strongly for LGBT rights. Paquin is openly bisexual and helped to create the True Colours Fund.

Victor Garber

Victor Garber is almost the epitome of the “That Guy!” role. Garber has been acting since 1952 and he has been a performer in some of the greatest films of all time. Garber is a Canadian born performer and you’d probably most recognize him for his work in James Cameron’s Titanic or any of his many television roles, including a principal part in the expansive DC Universe. Garber had always assumed that people knew about his sexuality, but it quickly became apparent that nobody realized it. Garber opened up about his sexuality in 2012 and the actor has been dating the Canadian artist Rainer Andreesen since 2000. The couple recently married in October of 2015 in his home country of Canada.
