The coast guard had to scare the birds away to get near the plane wreck. Finally, they decided to bring in tugboats that were already around. Though the operator was warned, he didn’t seem scared of these birds. Was that a mistake?!

As the tugboat got closer, the birds swarmed again. Those workers saw a darkened sky, and this was clearly a sign for them to wait. Therefore, they called for backup so that someone else could scare away these birds.
