Actress Marguerite MacIntyre played Karen in the episode “The Chaperone,” in which she portrayed a Miss Rhode Island contestant that Jerry is interested in. MacIntyre went on to star in a main role on Kyle XY, as well as a recurring role on TV series The Vampire Diaries which ran from 2007 until 2017.

Justine Miceli played Jerry’s girlfriend Nina in the ninth season of the show in the episode The Betrayal.” Before this appearance, she actually had starring role on NYPD Blue, playing Det. Adrienne Lesniak, which earned her a nomination for a Screen Actors Guild Award. After Seinfeld, she starred in TV shows like The Sopranos, Judging Amy, The Huntress, The Guardian, and Strong Medicine.
